To join our spinning group all you need to have an interest in spinning from beginner to expert there is always something to learn. A bit of equipment whether drop spindle or wheel is also an advantage.

The emphasis for this group will be on developing knowledge and skills in a semi-formal way. You will learn with and from the others in the group along with a basic structure for each evening. Bookings are made in blocks of three sessions, £15 per block.

Each session will start with a focused activity or discussion for the group and then allow time for spinning techniques.

Monthly sessions will be held on a Wednesday from 6.00 – 8.30 pm. Dates as below.

Once you register for one of these sessions you will automatically be added to the remaining sessions in the block.

The first three sessions will be focused on ‘Spinning Technology’ with the following structure:

Wednesday, 28 September – Spinning Equipment

Wednesday, 26 October – Spinning Ratios & Speed

Wednesday, 30 November – Types and Methods of Carding
